Our standard after-hours program runs 5 days a week (typically Monday-Friday after close). Crews arrive after your last shift, finish before 6am. Everything you need cleaned, gets cleaned.
Every after-hours shift has a supervisor on-site (for buildings above a certain size) or rotating supervisor coverage (for smaller sites). We inspect our own work. You shouldn't have to.
Keys, alarm codes, access cards — tracked, signed-for, supervised. Crews arrive in company vehicles, uniformed, badged. Alarm armed after departure. We leave a log of anything unusual — a propped door, a light left on, anything our team sees that your morning crew should know about.
Most offices: 6pm-11pm. Retail post-close: 10pm-3am. Medical: 8pm-1am. We configure to your close time.
Standard is 5 days (Mon-Fri). Many clients opt for 6 (add Saturday) or 7 (full coverage including Sundays). We build it to your actual operation.
Signed key chain-of-custody. Alarm codes restricted to supervisors. We carry $2M liability plus additional insured coverage on your property owner.
We have backup staffing on-call. You never have a missed shift because of absence.
