The math, out in the open: $35/hr standard × 28 hours = $980. The flat $1,000 folds in every supply, all equipment, guaranteed backup coverage, and your quarterly reviews.

We break the hours up however makes sense for your building

Longer visits for gated or badge-access sites where every trip costs time at the door. More days for buildings that re-soil daily: tenant traffic, public lobbies, shop floors, apartments. Or a monthly deep-care rotation: machine floor care, high dusting, interior glass, deep restroom detail.

The process

1. Walkthrough: 20 minutes, on site or by video. The walkthrough decides the hours, never the rate.
2. Your schedule, built and approved before anything starts.
3. Crew assigned and trained on your building, with a trained backup.
4. Service, tracked: every visit scheduled, timed, and logged. One predictable invoice a month.
5. Quarterly check-in by phone and in writing, then the schedule adjusts.

Everything about your building lives in one system

We run scheduling, crews, service records, and billing through Jobber. Visits are standing appointments with scope attached. Requests are logged with an owner and a due date. You get one clean invoice a month and a service record you can actually look at.

How we make sure you are happy with the team

You get a lead who knows your building. We will not promise the same person on every single visit, because people take vacations and get sick, and that promise breaks the first time real life happens. Instead your lead is supported by a backup trained on your building and your checklist, and your requirements live in writing rather than in one person's head. A miss gets re-performed, not explained. If a crew member is not right for your building, say so and we reassign.

Scaling up

The plan is the floor, not the ceiling. Additional standard hours are $35/hr, specialty work is $45/hr, and day porter coverage, floor care, and consumables restocking can be added as separate line items.
